4 Tilapia Fish Fillets
Melted Butter
Olive Oil

Blacken Seasoning:
1/4 Cup Paprika
2 Tablespoons Thyme
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cast iron skillet with a little bit of Olive Oil. Dip Tilapia Fish fillets in melted butter, Coat buttered fillets with Blackened Seasoning. Cook Tilapia 3 -4 minutes on each side. Split Kaiser Rolls and heat on griddle. Spread mayonnaise (or mayonnaise with chopped up Cilantro)
Place fillets in Kaiser Rolls and enjoy.
