1 lb. sausage 6 slices bread 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese 6 eggs, beaten salt and pepper2 C. milk
Grease 13x9x3 baking dish. Tear up bread and put in dish. Brown sausage and drain. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mix in dish. Bake at 350º for about 35 to 40 minutes. (Can be prepared the night before, cover with foil and refrigerate.)
