2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. peeled, chopped pears
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Makes 2 loaf pans, greased & floured, bake at 325, 60 to 70 minutes until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
