1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. baking cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts - optional
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter, oil and sugar; then add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix well. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Mix wet and dry together; then gently stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. In small bowl mix the brown sugar, chocolate and nuts. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Don't overcook, sets as it cools.

You may substitute 1 c. applesauce and eliminate the butter and oil. You may also use reduced or fat-free sour cream.
