2-3 mangos 1 box cherry or grape tomatoes 1 red onion fresh cilantro olive oil pepper/salt
Cut mangos and tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Chop cilantro and 1/8 red onion and place into bowl. Add a shake of salt and pepper (to your liking). Pour less than 1/4 cup olive oil over entire concoction. Stir and serve.
