6 boneless chicken breasts 8 oz crushed Ritz crackers 2 sticks butter, melted 2 t poppy seed 2 cans cream of chicken soup 8 oz sour cream
Boil chicken breasts until mostly cooked, then shred/cut into pieces. Mix butter, crackers and poppy seed. In a buttered dish layer cracker mixture and top with chicken. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
