3 eggs mixed until frothy, 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 Cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in ovenproof 9 inch skillet or 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Mix eggs, flour, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Pour into prepared pan bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve with sweetened berries, powdered sugar, Maple syrup, or whipped cream. Serves 4
