1 cup raisins
3 tart apples, cored
1/2 orange
1/4 lemon
1/2 cup cider
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
prepared pie crust, top and bottom

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop raisins, apples, orange, and lemon. Put in saucepan with the 1/2 cup cider and heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes. Add brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Simmer 15 minutes more. Pour into prepared pie crust; use top crust or lattice top. Bake for 10 minutes at 450º, reduce to 350º and bake about 30 minutes more until crust is evenly brown.
