14 medium red new potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salad dressing
1/3 c sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
1/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c milk
1 egg
1/4 c butter
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c mayonnaise

Cook potatoes 30 minutes. Drain and cool slightly. Cut into 1/2" cubes. Combine potatoes and eggs and toss. Cover. Combine first 8 dressing ingredients in medium saucepan. Add butter and cook over medium heat stirring constantly till mixture thickens and butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in onion and mayonnaise. Mix with potatoes and enjoy.
