3 eggs
1 c. sugar
6 T. orange juice
1c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Beat eggs until light & lemon colored. Add sugar gradually beating until very thick. Add orange juice & mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients & add to mixture, mix only enough to blend.

Line a 10x15 pan with waxed paper (extend 1 inch beyond the edge of pan). Pour batter in pan & bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Sift confectioners sugar on cloth. Turn cake on this & quickly remove wax paper. Roll. Wait a few minutes & unroll. Spread with jelly & roll again
