1 T butter
1 T oil
1 1/4 c cornmeal
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 1/2 c plain yogurt
1 T honey (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Put butter and oil in 9" baking pan or cast iron skillet. Place in oven for 5 minutes to melt.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into hot baking dish. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until set and golden brown.
