1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. peeled and finely chopped apple
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T. fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 T. dried)
1 tsp. salt.
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. ground turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and apple in oil for approximately 3 minutes. Add garlic - saute until fragrant. Cool completely. Combine with the rest of ingredients and form into 1/2 " patties. Can be frozen before cooking. Fry in greased skillet.
