1 ½ lb hamburger
Onion
1 pack taco seasoning
1 can Brook’s hot chili beans
Grated cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes
Lettuce
Tortilla chips

Sauce:
¼ cup sugar
1 cup thousand island dressing
¼ cup taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 1/2 lb hamburger with onions (if desired). Drain. In bowl, mix hamburger, ½ pack taco seasoning with approximately ¼ cup water and the chili beans. Add grated cheddar cheese (a couple of cups or as desired). Cut up 2 tomatoes and add to mixture. Add a little onion, if you didn’t brown with the meat.

Add chopped up lettuce and sauce right before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

For Sauce:
Mix 1 cup thousand island dressing, ¼ cup sugar, ½ pack taco seasoning, and ¼ cup taco sauce.
