Directions:Preheat Oven to 350º. Remove skins from italian sausages and break up into pieces and add to a large frying pan. Cook over medium heat, chopping and cutting while browning into small bites. Cook until well done. Drain and put on several layers of paper towels to get all the grease out. Set aside. Next in large bowl, mix eggs then add pkg of cheese and then after sausage has cooled down, add to the mixture and stir until well blended. At this time you can add options if you like. Set aside. Next take 2 cookie sheets 11 x 14 and oil down. Then take one bread dough at a time and rubb oil all over then lay on cookie sheet and take your hands and knead out and spread until it is almost the size of the cookie sheet, being careful not to put holes into the dough. Do the other dough the same way. Take your hands and divide the mixture between both pans, spreading the sausage mixture evenly over the dough about 1 inch or less around the dough. Take the long side and start on one side and roll dough until it is all rolled up into a roll. Pinch dough along seam and then turn seam side down and lay dough in a half moon shape. Pinch both ends down to keep ingredients form melting out. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove pans and loosen bottom of rolls and let set for a least 10-15 minutes before slicing. |
