1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 c. salsa (mild or hot)
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 small onion
1/4 c. Italian Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Finely chop onion. Combine beef, onion, salsa, breadcrumbs, and 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Form into a loaf. Place in loaf pan. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
