3 Qts. Water
12 chicken bouillon cubes (12 tsp)
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. carrots, chopped
3/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 pkg frozen peas

Directions:
Dissolve bouillon in water, bring to boil and add veggies. Cook until veggies are tender.

Melt butter; add flour to make a smooth paste.

Add butter/flour mixture to veggies and blend thoroughly. Add Cheez Whiz, chicken and peas. Cook until the consistency you like.

I substitute the butter flour mixture for cornstarch and water and thicken soup like you would a gravy.
