Ingredients:  
Zucchini, scraped and chopped well
large onion, chopped fine
seasoned bread crumbs
Italian grated cheese
1-2 eggs (depending on amount used)
parsley, chopped fine
basil, oregano, salt to taste
dash of nutmeg
flour
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put zucchini in large bowl and add above ingredients. Form patties, using flour on hands to help shape. Fry in oil medium high until golden brown. Drain on towels, serve hot or cold. Goes well with fish dinner.
