1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup Milk
4 T. Butter
2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese or 4 cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, milk and butter over low heat until blended. Add cooked macaroni and 1 1/2 cups cheese to the sauce and mix well. Add mixture to a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover and broil for 3-5 minutes and serve

My kids love this. My mother made it with cream of mushroom soup - my son picked the mushroom bits out so I switched to cream of chicken. This is the perfect Friday night dinner during lent.
