½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T cornstarch
2 T vinegar
2 T lemon juice
¼ tsp. lemon peel
1 and ½ cups water
½ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, dry mustard and cornstarch together. Slowly add vinegar, lemon juice, peel, water and raisins. Stir over low heat until thick. Makes 2 cups. Good served over ham slices.
