6 Large Brown Potatoes
3 Tbsp. Butter, 1 Cup of Water
1/4 of tsp. Onion Powder, 1/8 Garlic Salt
1/4 Black Pepper, 1 Tsp. Parsley
1 can Carnation Evaporated Milk ( 12 fl. oz. )
3 Tsp. All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Can of Spam

Directions:
Directions:
In Large Skillet add chopped Potatoes with 1/2 Cup
of Water, boil 4 minutes on medium heat.
In Sauce pan add Butter, Milk ,Water, Flour, Parsley,
Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, Pepper & Parmesan Cheese & bring to a boil stir Gradually as White Sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, Arrange Potatoes in Greased 9x13
Glass baking pan, Pour White Sauce over the top & be sure to Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 Minutes or until Potatoes are tender & Cheese is Lightly Golden Brown.
Server with homemade Wheat bread.
