4 cups of white rice 1lb. can of ham 1 red onion 2 tablespoons of margarine 2 large tomatoes 1lb. of mozzarella cheese
Cook the rice. Slice the onions, tomatoes, ham, and cheese into thin slices. Place all the ingredients in layer on a glass or foil lasagna tray. Spread the margarine on the last layer of rice and bake at 375F for 1/2 hour or until lightly golden.
