1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
1 can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Small green pepper, well chopped
2lbs. of peeled and deveined shrimps

Saute onions, garlic, and pepper in a medium skillet in olive oil for 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce, cooking sherry, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook over medium to low heat for 15 minutes or until tender.
