2 large onions, sliced thin and quartered
1/2 cup margarine
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can (15 oz.) cream-style corn
1/2 cup milk
1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
1 egg
4 drops hot red-pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in margarine. Stir in sour cream, dill, salt, and half of the grated cheese. In a bowl combine corn, milk, egg, muffin mix, and pepper sauce. Pour corn mixture into greased 10 inch baking dish. Spread onion mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325º for 30-40 minutes.
