12 lasagna noodles
4 T. butter
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/3 c. milk or half n' half
3/4 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 lb. fresh small scallops
8 oz. crabmeat
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook noodles, drain, set aside. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish and arrange six noodles on the bottom. In a frying pan, saute' onion in butter until transparent. Blend in cream cheese, then stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread half of this cheese mixture on noodles. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, wine, milk, and seafood. Spread half on top of the cheese mixture. Repeat for second layer of noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, top with cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
