10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli or cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 and 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Cook broccoli or cauliflower in salted water about 5 minutes or until almost tender; drain well. Mix with onion, green pepper and Cheddar cheese in pie dish. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed until smooth, about 15 seconds. Pour over vegetables and bake 40 minutes at 400 until golden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
