4 cups torn, tender spinach leaves
3 cups torn lettuce
1 avocado, peeled and sliced (optional)
1 1/2 cups orange sections
1 Bermuda onion, thinly sliced
Italian or French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except salad dressing in a large bowl. Before serving, add salad dressing; toss lightly.
