1 egg white
1 T. water
1 16-oz. pkg. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water with mixer one minute until foamy. Add half of the pecans, stir until coated, then add the other half. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Combine mixture with pecans. Spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake in 300 oven for 15 or 20 minutes, turning once during baking. Turn out onto waxed paper to cool.
