1/4 lb shrimp
1/4 lb scallops
1/4 lb.sliced up cooked hot sausage
1/2 bag frozen peas (let them defrost about 15 min)
2 cups couscous
2 cups water or chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine
2-3 TBS olive oil
garlic
1/2 onion
S and P to taste

Directions:
Heat oil and saute onions and garlic, when cooked, add fish (not sausage). Stir, and when cooked, add liquids and peas. When liquid begins to simmer, add couscous; stir and let couscous sit to absorb liquid (about 5 mins.). If mixture seems too dry, add more broth/wine. Stir in cooked sausage.

You can use any frozen veg. or add chunks of cooked chicken. You will have to increase the liquid for each meat/fish you add.
