1 Liter of Milk
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Bar of Butter
1 Stick of Cinnamon
Lemon Peels (optional)
10 Slices of White Bread, cut of the edges
5 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of cooking wine
A pinch of salt

Caramelize the bottom of the pan with 10 tablespoons of sugar. Boil the milk, with the sugar, butter, cinnamon, lemon peels, and the salt. Drain the ingredients. Add bread, eggs, and cooking wine. Put it in the pan and bake it for around 20 to 30 minutes, or until inserting a tooth pick come out dry.
