6 medium tomatoes 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2/3 c. crumbled herb stuffing parsley for garnish
Heat oven to 350º. Remove stem ends of tomatoes. Remove pulp. Chop pulp and mix with stuffing and cheese. Fill tomatoes with stuffing and arrange in greased baking dish 8x8x2. Bake 20-25 min. or until tomatoes are heated thru. Garnish with parsley.
