12 pieces of bread w/ crusts removed
6 eggs
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
3 1/2 c. milk
1-12oz. pkg. American cheese
sprinkle of minced onion
2 c. diced ham
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan and line it with bread. Put broccoli, cheese and ham on top. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, onion and mustard. Pour mixture over everything. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand for 10 mins. and serve.

I like to cook the broccoli a little before I put it on the bread, just to soften it up. Also the recipe calls for 2 TB. onion (I don't think they mean minced) but I think that is too much onion..so it depends on how much you like.
