4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan-Romano cheese
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic (or to taste) - minced

1 c converted rice (not cooked)
2 cans chicken broth
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and garlic in saucepan. In bowl, mix Parmesan-Romnano cheese and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in butter and garlic mixture; coat chicken with bread crumbs and cheese mixture. Roll chicken lengthwise, as if rolling in a circle and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish and drizzle with remaining butter. Mix all rice ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake both dishes in 350º oven for an hour.
