1 can Rosarita refried beans-or other favorite brand
3 T. butter
1 cup shredded cheese, (Cheddar & Monterey Jack or Mexican 4 cheese blend)
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1 t. Paprika
2 t. Cumin
1/2 t. salt
Chopped Cilantro, if you like it

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat until butter and cheese are melted and dip is hot. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. Serve with Tortilla chips.

This makes a good breakfast taco. Spread on a heated small flour tortilla. Add cooked sausage, cheese, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs or whatever. Roll and eat.
