cup sundried tomatoes
1 lb. silken Tofu
1 clove garlic
3 T. lemon juice
cup fresh basil
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rehydrate the sundried tomatoes by plumping them in hot water drain.
Place tomatoes, tofu, garlic, lemon juice, and basil in food processor. Blend until creamy. Season with salt. Serve with crackers or raw veggies.
