18 corn tortillas
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
2 T chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T all-purpose flour
2 jars (8 oz. each) taco sauce
1 cup (16 oz.) sour cream
6 ounces water
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Spray a 9x13" pan with Pam. Brown meat with onion; add spices and flour. Mix 1 jar taco sauce with sour cream. Add to meat. Add water and simmer. Layer 13 tortillas, meat, cheese. End with tortillas. Top with cheese and pour second jar of taco sauce on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
