3 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c sugar
2 c thawed, frozen, sliced strawberries, not drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c cooking oil
1 1/4 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together with a large spoon. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Stir in flour mixture with a spoon just until well blended. Do not beat. Grease and flour 2 9 X 5 loaf pans. Pour in batter, smoothing tops. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until browned on top and toothpick comes out clean when tested. If tops brown too much, cover with foil for last 10 minutes. Do not burn tops. Cool in pan 10 minutes on racks. Then remove from pans and cool on racks.
