12 eggs, beaten
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. browned sausage
6 slices day old bread, broken in pieces
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9"x13" casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.

You can also substitute 1 pound of browned bacon cut into 1" pieces instead of sausage, or use turkey breakfast sausage.
