1 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
3 c sugar
5 c flour
5 tsp. soda
5 tsp. salt
1 quart buttermilk
1 c melted butter
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Raisin Bran, flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add eggs, buttermilk and butter. Mix well. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 12-16 minutes at 400º
Refrigerate remaining batter in covered bowl for future use.
