1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. butter
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. almond or vanilla flavoring
1 lb. white chocolate chunks
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 c. for topping. Press remaining mixture into bottom of 9 inch springform pan; chill. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sour cream and flavoring. Melt white chocolate and add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle 1/2 c. of topping. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn off and leave inside oven for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
