1 lb. Ground Beef
3 Sliced large onions
1 Large chopped green pepper
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes(Pt.)
1/2 to 3/4 c uncooked regular rice
1 to 2 tsp. Chili powder
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until light brown; drain off fat. Add onions and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt & pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 qt. casserole. Cover, Bake 1 Hr. in 350º oven.
