1 Country Ham
whole cloves
molasses
1 can Coke
1 cup fruit juice
1 tsp. vinegar
water

Directions:
Directions:
In large roaster soak country ham and turn for 12 hours. Boil in water, covered, until fat is clear - about 1 hour. Pour off water. Take off skin and push in cloves. Cover with molasses. Add 1 can Coke and water half way up the pan, 1 cup fruit juice and 1 tsp. vinegar. Bake about 1 hour at 350.
