4 c. Cooked Mashed Sweet Potatoes
fresh or canned
1 c. White Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Flour
1/3 c. Butter, melted
1 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 1/3 C. Butter and vanilla. Mix together and pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. To prepare the topping, combine in a separate bowl the brown sugar, flour, 1/3 C. melted butter and pecans. Mix together and crumble over sweet potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-45 minutes.
