5-6 lbs tenderloin
Marinade:
1 cup port wine
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade and tenderloin in shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn occasionally. Bake at 425º - 30 minutes for rare, 45 minutes for medium.
