1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs

Melt butter in 8"x8"x2" casserole dish in the oven as it preheats to 425º
Keep checking butter so it doesn't burn and take dish out of oven as soon as butter is melted
Beat flour, milk and eggs together
Pour batter into melted butter
Bake in center of oven for 20 minutes (PS - it only takes 12 minutes in my oven so watch carefully)
When pancakes are golden and poofy they are ready
