1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Season-All To Taste
1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Slices of Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1-2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan set on medium heat. Allow the oil to heat up about 1 minute.

Fry egg with popped yolk thoroughly while flipping and cook on both sides. Spread mayonnaise on one side of bread slices, add egg and season with season-all to taste or(salt and black pepper) depending on your taste.

Simple but good. We like it for breakfast, lunch or as a snack and some times dinner. You can also shake a little tobassco pepper on it.
