1 cup butter or margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter or margarine until fluffy
Gradually work in the cream cheese and sugar
Beat in egg yolk
Add vanilla
Add sifted flour and salt
Shape dough into small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet
Press each ball with the tines of a fork, across one way and then the other way
Bake at 375º 15-18 minutes
