2 jars chunky spaghetti sauce
1 and 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 onion (Vidalia, of course)
1 green pepper
fresh mushrooms
2 oz. olive oil
1/2 oz. vinegar
1 oz. ketchup
dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 oz. yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
1 whole bay leaf
1 lb. angel hair pasta

Brown ground beef in large saucepan. Drain off excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook on low heat. Chop onion, pepper, and mushrooms; saute in a bit of olive oil and add to sauce. Add olive oil, vinegar, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, bay leaves, and Worchestershire sauce. Cook on low for 3 hours. Cook and drain angel hair pasta. Serve sauce over large helpings of pasta.

Personal Notes:
This recipe works best when you light candles, sip wine, and listen to "The Rat Pack" while cooking. At least that's the way my dad does it.
