2 jars chunky spaghetti sauce
1 and 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 onion (Vidalia, of course)
1 green pepper
fresh mushrooms
2 oz. olive oil
1/2 oz. vinegar
1 oz. ketchup
dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 oz. yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
1 whole bay leaf
1 lb. angel hair pasta

Brown ground beef in large saucepan. Drain off excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook on low heat. Chop onion, pepper, and mushrooms; saute in a bit of olive oil and add to sauce. Add olive oil, vinegar, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, bay leaves, and Worchestershire sauce. Cook on low for 3 hours. Cook and drain angel hair pasta. Serve sauce over large helpings of pasta.

This recipe works best when you light candles, sip wine, and listen to "The Rat Pack" while cooking. At least that's the way my dad does it.
