Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
garlic, onion to taste
red or white wine- 3/4 cup
S and P to taste
1 - 1 1/2 cups water
Gravy Master, approx. 1 - 2 TBS
5-6 large potatoes
olive oil (several TBS)
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water for the potatoes, when they're done (I leave skins on) mash according to your favorite recipe. (I add mustard to them)
Heat oil in a large skillet or small pot; saute garlic and onions. When cooked, add meat and cook until all brown. Drain off fat (I throw it in a colander placed in the sink--no burns!).
Add wine and cook until wine evaporates (3-4 mins.); add water and gravy master; simmer 15 mins.
Add veggies, salt and pepper, simmer 5-7 mins.

While meat is cooking, mash the potatoes.

Spray a casserole with cooking spray, add meat mixture, top with mashed potatoes. Spread the potatoes using a large fork. (I make a criss-cross design in them)
Bake at 375 until potatoes brown.
