Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 loaf of Bridgeford frozen BREAD dough
1 - 8 oz can Hunt's/DelMonte sauce
1 cup or more shredded mozzarella
S and P to taste
Oregano
Vegetable oil for coating baking sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat a baking/cookie sheet with oil; place dough on pan, coating all sides of dough. Allow to defrost at room temp (about 2-3 hrs), keep flattening dough as it defrosts.

When it defrosts, allow it to raise and puff up (at least another 1-1 1/2 hrs). You'll know it's done rising when you stretch it to the sides of the pan and it stays in place without shrinking back.

Cover dough with sauce and other ingredients.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins.; check bottom of crust, when medium-dark brown, it's done.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Instead of sauce, you can substitute creamed spinach.

Add garlic to any topping.

Instead of mozzarella, substitute steamed Vidalia onions.

I've also used sliced potatoes w/rosemary (steam these in micro, first) instead of sauce or spinach.

Get creative!
