1 large stewing hen
1 lb. lean cuts of pork
2 large potatoes, grated
1 large onion, chopped
4 c. whole kernel corn
2 c. green peas
4 c. canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken and pork together until chicken is ready to fall from the bone. Cool and shred chicken and pork, discarding the bones. Return meat to broth. Cook potatoes, peas, corn and tomatoes together until corn is tender. Combine with meat and simmer until it begins to thicken. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire and liberal amounts of butter.
